History
A parish church dependent on the Premonstratensian abbey of Jerichow. The first church on the site was built in the mid-12th century, and destroyed in a fire. The current church on the site was constructed in the 1370s, and underwent substantial reconstruction in the 17th century. It is today a Protestant church.
