A community of sisters dependent on the Premonstratensian abbey of Bonne-Esperance, founded on land given by Gautier Leroux de l'Estinnes. It appears to have been dissolved at some point in the 13th century, after which time Rivreulle remained in the possession of the abbey as a grange.

Some ruins of the former monastic community were still visible in the 18th century.
