History
At the invitation of Privislav-Heinrich, last prince of the Hevelli, a group of Premonstratensians from Leitzkau settled at the St Gotthardt church in what was then the separate merchant settlement of Pardwin and today is part of the old town of Brandenburg. <br /><br />In 1165, most of the community moved to the cathedral of Brandeburg to function as its cathedral chapter. The church of St Gotthardt remained a dependent church on the cathedral until 1506.

History
By tradition, the Harlungerberg was a pre-Christian religious site. A church dedicated to Mary was built here in the 13th century, which led to its alternative name of Marienberg. In 1435, Friedrich II, Elector of Brandenburg, founded a monastery here which became an important pilgrimage site. The first members of the community came from the Brandenburg Cathedral chapter. <br /><br />The community was suppressed in 1543 and the property sold off. Its physical remains were demolished in 1722, and much of the former site is now a city park.

History
A church dependent on the Premonstratensian abbey of Teplá during the Middle Ages. There was a church here as early as 1320. <br /><br />The medieval church was completely rebuilt in the 1730s, and became a popular pilgrimage destination. The church burned down following a lightning strike in 1957, and today is in ruins.

A list of Premonstratensian communities from 1235 refers to a “claustra sororum [...] in Hungaria [...] Dyocesis Cumaniae Corona [<em>Brașov</em>].” <br /><br />This community is otherwise unknown in the historical sources, as is its precise location, though archaeologists have speculated that it may have stood on roughly the site now occupied by the later medieval Black Church of Brașov. The house was likely destroyed in the Tatar invasion of 1241.

The Premonstratensian community of Brazacorta was founded in the 1140s by Ermessinde de Narbonne, widow of Manrique de Lara. In the 1280s, it received a grant of rights from Sancho IV of Castile. <br /><br />The house was suppressed in 1379, and its church became a parish church.

History
Bredelar was founded in 1170 by Philipp von Heinsberg, archbishop of Cologne, on land given by Gottschalk von Padberg. In 1196, Adolf I, archbishop of Cologne, gave the monastery to the Cistercian Order, while the Premonstratensian sisters of Bredelar transferred to Rumbeck. <br /><br />The monastic community was ultimately dissolved in 1804.

History
The Premonstratensian abbey of Brindisi was founded ca. 1180, likely with funds given by Margarito (or Margaritus) of Brindisi, the first count of Malta and a former pirate. The abbey was immediately subject to the Holy See. <br /><br />Brindisi is a poorly documented community. It appears to have been dissolved by 1310, likely because of economic struggles. <br /><br />The abbey church was destroyed in the late 18th century, and nothing now remains of the monastic complex; the exact former location is unknown, but it is thought to have been near what is today the Porta Lecce.

History
Likely originally a double house, Broadholme was founded ca. 1135-ca. 1155 by Agnes de Camville, wife of Peter Gousley (or Goxhill?), the founder of the affiliated abbey of Newhouse. By the early 14th century, it appears to have been a community solely of women. Despite some royal patronage, it was not a wealthy community. In 1494, it was home to a prioress, subprioress and seven other sisters. <br /><br />Broadholme was dissolved 1536/37. Some partial remains of the monastic complex are incorporated into the walls of the farmhouse now standing on the site.

History
The short-lived community at Brockley was founded by Juliana de Vere, countess of Norfolk ca. 1182. The brothers soon transferred to Bayham. <br /><br />Brockley remained in the possession of Bayham as a monastic grange until 1526. No visible trace of the site remains; it was perhaps located near to the current church of St Peter's, Brockley.

History
The priory of Brocqueboeuf was founded in the 1150s by Guillaume d'Orval, lord of Lithaire. It was a dependent house of Blanchelande. <br /><br />In 1792, the priory was suppressed and the property sold off by the state. In the late 19th century, the remains of the priory were incorporated into a new private residence, the Château de Brocqueboeuf, which was built on the site.

History
Broda was founded in 1170 by brothers Casimir and Bogislaw I, dukes of Pomerania, as part of the process of Christianisation of the region. It may originally have been a double house, with the sisters moving to the Cistercian house of Wanzka in the 1280s/90s. <br /><br />Broda was secularised in 1551, and the property became the possession of the dukes of Mecklenberg. Most of the monastic complex was demolished by the 18th century. Today only a former cellar survives beneath a later house.

History
A community dedicated to St Kunigunde was founded here by Hartmann von Lobdeburg in the early 13th century. Bishop Sibodo of Havelberg consecrated its church. Premonstratensian sisters settled at Bruderhartmannszell from 1290. The community was primarily patronised by the lords of Sulz near Kirchberg an der Jagst. <br /><br />In 1525, the sisters fled to the city of the Rothenburg ob der Tauber because of the Peasants' War, and after the death of the last <em>magistra</em> in 1539, the property passed to the city of Rothenburg's hospital. The site is now a farm in private hands known as the Klosterhof.

Raoul de Brimeu gave Brunehautpré to the Premonstratensians ca. 1160. The site was substantially rebuilt in the 1620s, and was badly damaged during World War Two. The property is today in private hands.

History
Brunnenburg was founded before 1197 by Gisela, a daughter of Louis, count of Arnstein. The first sisters came from Mariental. By the early 16th century it had perhaps become a Benedictine community. <br /><br />Brunnenburg was suppressed at the Reformation. Only ruins of the church remain today.

History
This community was established around 1140 by Agnès de Baudement, lady of Braine, and housed sisters affiliated with the abbey of Braine. <br /><br />Likely from the 13th century, Bruyères became a grange in the possession of Braine, and from the 16th century was rented out as a farm. In the 18th century, Bruyères became the possession of a seminary in Soissons. Today, it is a farm in private hands.
