History
Val-Chrétien was founded in 1134 by Josselin, bishop of Soissons, on land given by husband and wife Raoul (or Rodolphe) de Cramailles and Gilla. The first brothers came from Laon. It was initially a double house; the sisters later moved to Dormans. <br /><br />Val-Chrétien became a commendatory abbey ca. 1520. Its church was destroyed in a storm in 1638. Val-Chrétien was suppressed in 1790, and the site passed into private hands. Some ruins survive today.

History
In 1140, a group of Premonstratensian brothers moved from Château-Thierry to Val-Secret. <br /><br />Val-Secret became a commendatory abbey in 1681, the same year that the abbey underwent major reconstruction work. Val-Secret was suppressed in 1790. The former monastic complex was demolished in the 19th century.

History
Valprofonde was a community of women dependent on the Premonstratensian abbey of Saint-Marien d'Auxerre. It was founded on land given by Louis VII. Its history is obscure, and the community appears to have been dissolved during the 13th century. <br /><br />Its church survived, and is today a parish church. It was rebuilt on two occasions in the late 15th and late 19th centuries.

History
The Premonstratensian community of Vivières moved to Valsery in 1153. The abbey suffered major fire damage in the mid-14th century, and was pillaged in 1414 and 1567. Valsery was substantially rebuilt in the 17th and 18th century. It became a commendatory abbey in 1713, and was suppressed at the Revolution.<br /><br />Some ruins survive today, which were badly damaged at the end of World War One. Since the 2010s, it has been undergoing restoration work.

History
A college of canons at Vivières joined the Premonstratensian Order in 1126. It was initially a double house. The sisters moved to Javages in the 1140s, while the brothers moved to Valsery ca. 1153.
